"Delighted to be given an apartment rather than room for the night. Very spacious and cool. Excellent location for walking to lake and good free parking a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was delivered early next morning. A good selection of food including fresh pastry/bread, coffee, teas and juice. Our only issue was shortage of cutlery which we reported at check out and the owner was not aware any was missing. "

"Our stay at the villa was amazing. We only stayed for one night and wished we had stayed longer. Francesca was super friendly and helpful, and breakfast was lovely in the morning . "This was our third visit and as always everything was impeccable. A tiny bed and breakfast in the heart of Chiavenna that out performs some of the bigger hotels in the area. Beautiful room (No 2) with compact but really attractive shower room, coffee making machine and fridge. Easy check in and personalised breakfast order taken.
