SIMONA STUDIO WITH PRIVATE GARDEN AND STUNNING VIEW

The Simona studio located on the ground floor of a historic building in the center of the village of Castel San Gimignano has an independent entrance with a small garden for exclusive use and outdoor equipment. Inside the space is divided into a living-dining area with built-in kitchen, full bathroom with shower, bidet and sink and finally from the mezzanine that hosts the double bed, under the mezzanine is located the closet. From the studio Simona you can admire a splendid view of the large common area used as a garden with swimming pool, as well as the beautiful landscape that sweeps up to admire the Apennines on clear days. The location allows you to visit the major centers of historical and artistic interest (Siena is 30 km, San Gimignano 12 km, Florence 50 km, Volterra 15 km) you can go hiking on the Tyrrhenian coast (Cecina is 57 km), food and wine tours in Chianti Senese and Fiorentino, as well as golf and tennis in the nearby town of Colle di Val d'Elsa, 10 km away.
