We had the most wonderful holiday in your beautiful villa. We had everything we needed, and the very best service when a few problems with regard to internet arose. This is great place for family holidays and we were delighted to find it lived up to expectations. The pool was fabulous and cleaned daily before we got up. Proximity to restaurants a little limited but what we did find we were very happy with. The location is quite remote but only a few kilometres into the glorious town of St Gimignano. We have travelled all over the world but the views and fantastic landscape in this area are hard to better. A huge thank you.

The villa is a nice big house which has been well renovated. Clean, comfortable beds, nice pool, quiet etc. BUT the description does not meet expectations. It is 2.5km to closest restaurant (their restaurant is closed), 20 minute drive to closest supermarket (you will need this urgently as there are few amenities provided) and the view on the website is incorrect. One might expect the smaller issues to be better prepared - internet is very poor and patchy, no washing powder or dishwasher tablets, oven does not work, no fuel for BBQ, knives are blunt, no corkscrew, shower pressure low, one bathroom had a bad smell, lots of mosquitoes, safe does not work, no pool towels, only 5 chairs around the pool, plus many other basics are missing which was a disappointment for us. We have stayed in many BnB places before and this was the least prepared.
