So much for them to do with the open spaces, various games, pool, etc. I’ve stayed in Italy with my family three times now and I think this was the best villa and location for driving to many of the great Tuscan cities."

"We had a magical stay at Villa Sarah. The home is beautiful and the views look like paintings. Communication could not have been easier but it’s above and beyond your typical VRBO. Their team arranged for a driver (the fabulous Sonia!), an incredible chef, and wine tours. Sonia even got my son in to see her eye doctor one afternoon. Every recommendation the owners made was spot on. I can’t wait to return!"

"We had a wonderful week stay, we had 6 adults and there was private bedroom and bathroom for everyone. House has a large dinning for 10-12 people with large windows to view the surrounding vineyards. Lovely terrace off the dinning room to seat and take in the Tuscan sun and listen to the birds. "Close to tourist places and easy to travel to sites. The hosts were the best and the cooking class and food was incredible!! It is peaceful and the views are beautiful. I would recommend to others but note the house is aging and needs refresh, the air conditioners did not work well, but is authentic in many ways."

"I rated as a 4 instead of 5 for two reasons. 1) the beds were fine but could have been better. (2) the drive on gravel roads were a bit iffy when it rained. Stelio and the rest of the group were very friendly and responsive and the views were amazing . If you walk across the road you can see San Gimignano which was very cool. Also convenient to many of the towns."

"The house is very spacious with a very large LR, DR and Master BR. The kitchen is dark but is well equipped, functional. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. It is on a very large parcel of land. The outdoor patio is nice, with a view of rolling hills. There’s a coin operated washing machine on site. The pool was very nice too and one of the best locations to get strong Wi-Fi. "Nice quiet spot in the woods but very close to San Gimignano. Very clean. Comfortable beds. They don’t provide towels or soaps, but that is clear up front. You can rent towels if you want and they sell soap/ shampoo in the office. "
