"This property is fabulous! The gorgeous photos online are exactly what you will find when you arrive. King size beds, modern bathrooms and showers, and beautiful design throughout. The apartments are well stocked and the hosts think of everything to make your stay comfortable. The grounds and pool are amazing and maintained with care, and there are outdoor spaces with new furniture where you can sit and look at the panorama of gorgeous rolling hills. Best hosts we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!"

The villa offers a lot of space and very high comfort, everything was available and we felt very comfortable. "Partiamo col dire che la casa si trova in una posizione ideale se si cerca una vacanza rilassante..tutta circondata da bellissime colline. Nella casa non manca assolutamente nulla(forse l'aria condizionata per quando fa davvero caldo). Il giardino è davvero immenso,grandi alberi che regalano ampie zone d'ombra..noci,fichi,ciliegi...piscina grande e tenuta sempre pulita da Gabriella. "The view alone is worth staying in this apartment. San Ginesio is a lovely small hilltop city and we were right in the heart of it. The apartment is beautifully appointed and Valentina has done a wonderful job of stocking it with the necessities for a comfortable stay. Everything is within walking distance and parking was less than a block away. Great place to stay."
