"Very disappointing check-in experience at Staycity Venice near the train station. The front desk staff (Alexandra) was rude and unprofessional. It took 20 minutes to check in one room, and she held my passport as a guarantee but refused to provide a receipt, which made me very uncomfortable. She even suggested I shouldn’t book this hotel again. Based on this experience, I won’t—and I wouldn’t recommend it to others, as there are many newer hotels nearby, some even closer to the station."

"The room was two double beds for a family of 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. It was massive and worked really well for what we needed for a city break. The breakfast was minimal, but had all the usual continental offering with some hot elements too. The hotel had a great bar area, the whole place was really clean and the staff were very efficient. The best element for us visiting Venice was that it was right across the road from the train station which had multiple options for getting into the centre of Venice. A fantastic option for a trip around north east Italy."

"There was no AC because it is still considered to be the winter in April. And keep the windows open let flies inside. "

La salle de bain de notre chambre n’était pas très propre. J’avais l’impression d’être dans une toilette publique de chez McDonalds. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement. Je n’y retournerai pas!"
