"We visited Ellen and Guido’s beautiful property with our children..it was amazing from start to finish! We were warmly welcomed by Ellen who was kind, thoughtful and so helpful throughout our stay..nothing was too much trouble and her knowledge of the area was invaluable! She was so great with the kids and the property had so much for them to do, beautiful grounds, trampoline, swings, table football, swimming pool and the friendliest donkeys around that they loved feeding every day! "Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Italien. Der Pool war groß genug. Es gab auch genug Liegen und Sonnenschirme für alle Einheiten. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir durften uns sogar an dem vorhandenen Obst bedienen. Die Unterkunft lag zwar etwas abseits, dafür hatten wir aber auch unsere Ruhe."

"We had a beautiful stay. We could not fault it. Ellen and Guido were lovely hosts. We love the animals on site which is also a working farm for crops. There is everything you need in the accommodation which was so well looked after. There is a supermarket 2 minute drive away where we got what we needed and fresh bread and pastries for breakfast. We hope to be back. Thank you for making us feel so welcome."

"Ellen and Guido are genuinely the kindest hosts, so welcoming. The place is lovely. Our apartment was huge, very clean with very comfy beds. The pool is great. Beautiful areas nearby to explore, such as Verona & Lake Garda. We really wished we had stayed longer and would highly recommend. Thank you Ellen & Guido for being such lovely hosts. (Guido's tomatoes are amazing!!)"

"could not have been a better stay. After watching an episode of No Reservations we were inspired to visit Antica Corte Pallavicina where Anthony Bourdain sampled some of the best ham in the world. This place did not disappoint. The estate dates back over 700 years and oozes charm from its painted parlors to its expansive working farm. Rooms are comfortable and restaurants are spectacular. Service is 10/10"

"Read the description well before booking. Because we knew what to expect (mostly). Good, quiet location crossed from a small park. We really liked the kitchenette and small table and chairs. Good size room for Italy. The only problems we had were that the room phones didn’t work and the morning reception desk at Novotel didn’t respond to our WhatsApp messages. "A very nice stay that felt luxurious. The location cannot be beat and the room was just fantastic. Views of the cathedral and plaza from the window and a Guide Michelin restaurant around the corner, where we had both breakfast and dinner. Super nice staff too. Highly recommended."
