"We stayed for 4 nights here, in mid april, a very quite and peaceful place. You can get a good sleep here and wake up with the sound of only birds singing. Breakfast is decent, good enough of variety and choices to start the day with. Not that close to major cities but Bologna is about a 20 minutes drive. I don't know how public transportation is in the area but with car it's good accessible."

"Truly a beautiful and old world look agriturismo. Felt like we were in an antique villa. Large room and excellent service. The owner is very nice and professional. Breakfast is home made, fresh, abundant and soooo good!!! 5 stars hotel except this little village outside of Bologna is nothing special. But the agriturismo is great and with great ambiance if you want to stay outside Bologna and take field trips from this location. Same hotel in Tuscany would be double the price."

"My husband and I were not so sure we had made a good choice as our cab drove us to this destination and the last 1/2 mile was a dirt road. "Highly recommend this hotel! It was very reasonably priced so I was a bit nervous that it would be too good to be true, but it was absolutely lovely! We were able to walk there from the train station and cafes, restaurants and shopping were all within walking distance. We booked both a king size room and a twin room. Both were spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean. We only stayed for one night. I wish we could have stayed another so we could have experienced the breakfast, which I heard from other guests, was spectacular. We arrived early in the morning, well before check-in time, but one of our rooms was actually ready and they allowed us access to the room immediately. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They also helped us book a van to get us and our many pieces of luggage to the airport very early in the morning. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel! You will not be disappointed staying here."
