Off site parking a few minutes walk away, but to be expected in any older city center in Italy...a small inconvenience considering the location for sites of interest, shopping, and dining. The location was ideal for exploring the city as it was walking distance from many of the sights. The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. "Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. Key pick up is also a disaster as they handle the keys for many...
