"Overall perfect except for the yellow-haired at the front desk. I cannot recall his name, but he was by far the worst staff member we encountered.
He firmly told us that a late check-out was absolutely impossible because the hotel was supposedly fully booked. Out of curiosity, we checked room availability ourselves shortly afterwards, and there were still plenty of rooms available.
About an hour later, after the staff shift changed, we asked another staff member, and she kindly helped arrange the late check-out without any issue.
Honestly, the experience felt insulting, and it even made us wonder whether there was some form of racism involved. Please do not try to defend the situation by saying late check-out availability is subject to change — we asked another staff member only about an hour later and received a completely different response."
