"It was just wonderful. We were looking for a place where we could regain our strength and Le Torricelle gave us a paradise surrounded by nature, kind souls, peacefulness and rest. It is a remote place bathed in sunlight and good air. Whenever we felt the energy to go and explore the surrounding areas, we did not have to go and search far: the sea is reachable within 1 hour by car, beautiful small villages invite to walk and look at all of these old houses and castles and a good coffee is waiting...

"We came, we saw and we felt in love - with "our tuscan home", the indescribable view - the lights on the hills in the night, the morning fog, the silence and the lovingly furnished house. Anna and her family gave us a warm welcome, a lot of tips what to visit and the desire to come back. We haven´t seen all the places we wanted to visit, so we hope to say next year: here we are again. "Travelled to this area many times before. Familiar with properties in the area, many with gravel drives. Add made no mention of the road condition of the driveway. Four adults in a small rental car - took three attempts to get up the initial part of the driveway, each time having to precariously reverse back out. "De toegangsweg vanaf de parkeerplaats naar t huis was steil en mijn man kon amper lopen ivm een probleem met zijn enkel. We mochten de koffers wel over deze weg vervoeren naar het huis bij aankomst. Maar verder bleef het hek op slot. Ik heb aangegeven bij Maurizio dat het voor mijn man niet te doen was iedere keer die weg naar boven te lopen.. Maar omdat er vijf jaar geleden een auto in het zwembad was gereden vanaf het toegangsweggetje wilde hij niemand daar nog in zijn afwezigheid laten...

"Este hotel es excepcionalmente bello, unico y perfecto para unas vacaciones en la Toscana. La propiedad esta impecable al igual que las habitaciones, super limpias, cómodas y A/C super fuerte (no muy comunes en Europa) Staff fue muy amable y la cena espectacular. Es un deleite caminar la propiedad. Literalmente en cada metro puede tomarte una foto de ensueños. Recomendamos este hotel 200%. Esta a solo minutos de Cortona una linda ciudad para visitar. Villa de Piazzano te dejara en shock con su belleza desde que vienes por la carretera entre una hilera interminable de pinos cipreses. Simplemente Stunning."
