The nature and wildlife is amazing and they do an excellent job to keep guests comfortable even though you are nearly in the rainforest. "We stayed here on a family vacation with our kids and their 9 month old child. The resort had a pack and play available as well as fridge and microwave. The front desk staff was very accommodating and helped arrange taxi service to the Mayan ruins and calico jacks for zip lining. There are several dining options within easy walking distance and we felt very safe in the area. Residents of the area are very warm and welcoming. The pool bar was a welcome sight at the end of a busy day. "
