"The staff are all so helpful and attentive. We had landed so early in the morning that we had arrived at around 8am or 9am and just decided to stay in the lobby until we could check in at 3pm. We were so tired we ended up falling asleep and the receptionist let us check in at 11am so we could rest! I don’t know any other place that would do that! We are so grateful with the staff and the hotel is very clean."

"I’d like to give a shout out to Javier in the Valet parking area. He was very nice and very helpful. Always cheerful, respectful and honest. Loved talking to him. He found us transportation and the driver took us every where. Nice man Javier is. Hope somebody reads this and tells him. "
