"The unit was clean, the lady on check in was very nice and friendly. It was perfect for a family and parking was shaded. The reliable hot water was a nice touch, WiFi strength was ok and although not adjacent to malls or national restaurants - it’s close enough to drive. Also very close to Tondaligan Beach and the Catholic Church. The minor caveat was they didn’t know I made a reservation but luckily the unit wasn’t reserved for someone else so we waited a bit for the unit to be readied. "

"The rooms were a lot smaller than i thought. There was a smell. The blankets were old and had turned from white to an off yellow. The room was very small. We left after a few hours and they refused to refund our stay. There is one room in the whole place that is bigger, but they would not let me pay the difference but basically asked me to rent another room which was that one room. If you are comfortable in a hostel type of place, this is the equivalent. Otherwise the room is not up to normal...

"They don’t clean room unless per request, I did told them but no one cleaned for 3 nights, I ask for complementary water it takes morethan an hour, front desk very professional but they don’t smile to customers, the guards and the person opening the door was nice and helpful. FYI if you have any stain on the sheets or towels you also have to pay for it. I did my massage there too, I regret it because the room was freezing, I ask for to lower the a/c and give me a blanket but she ignores,...
