"The hotel is not modern but it is very clean and the beds are comfortable. There is an excellent cafe across the street. It is within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants. The BAM bus from/to Alicante stops less than 1 block away. I have stayed here four times and would come back again."

"We’ve just returned from a 11 night stay at this villa, two families with children ranging from 10yo to 20 months. What a great place to stay, the villa has everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, the outdoor kitchen was a great addition. We opted to have the pool heated and were so glad we did, the children rarely left it! The rooms were all nice with very comfortable beds and soft furnishings. Marie and Francke were great hosts, sorting our transfers from the airport and on hand with any queries we had. The villa is in a great location with an Aldi and Lidl within walking distance and a slightly longer walk the other way to the beach. I would recommend this villa to anyone seeking a place for a family get together."

"The house was absolutley beautiful with everything you could need and more. The pool was the icing on the cake and my 2 year old grandson enjoyed every minute of his time in the pool. It was in a lovely quiet area but close to shops park and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"please dont expect the hilton, as the hilton its not but if your looking for a great priced sea front hotel in a great summer resort area then pick this one as its right on the beach front ask for a full sea view room your just a few steps from the beach with bars and restaurants around you its an old hotel but its clean and the staff were just great really helpful able to give you lots of free local information I would give the staff 5 stars "

"Connivance location to beach area and mar minor, cafes and shopping is walking distance. I prefer hotel over renting an apartment. Same price without the headache of cleaning, room service is available every day. Highly recommended for the L manga fan "
