"Great place with a very friendly and helpful landlord. The roof terrace in particular was an amazing space. The best thing about the property though is the location within La Manga. Minutes walk from both Mar Menor and the Mediterranean with access to lots of restaurants, particularly in the Marina which is five to ten minutes walk away. There is also a great supermarket right across the street for all your supplies and a market on Saturdays with fresh fruit and vegetables."

"The apartment is in great condition and very well equipped. We’ve stopped in many places on Roda Golf and this apartment is probably the best in terms of location (phase 1), condition and equipment. It has great outside space, especially the roof terrace with 2 BBQ’s!!! Sun loungers and plenty seating. Communication with Eliane was so easy. We had a great time."

"Cuando llegamos la casa estaba muy sucia. Los cubiertos con restos de comida. Ropa de otros inquilinos en los cajones. Sólo nos dieron un juego de llaves, por un accidente se nos quedaron dentro del apartamento y habiendo más juegos en posesión del propietario e intermediaria no nol os dieron y nos dejaron desatendidos en la calle, a la espera de encontrar un cerrajero con el consiguiente coste. "Pros: The apartment was great, very clean with excellent facilities. The lady who met us was lovely, speaking excellent English (useful as my Spanish is ropy to say the least) Everything worked in the apartment and the roof terrace saw plenty of use as did the swimming pool. Local Spar supermarket was great, with a lot of things cheaper than UK & excellent fresh fish.
