In an apartment building, on the 6th floor, this friendly apartment with a great view of the sea welcomes you. Together with your loved ones you can feel at home here and end the evenings with delicious meals on the balcony or on the sofa. Here you will find everything you need to feel comfortable and relax. Play cards together and enjoy wonderful sunsets on the balcony in the evening. In the morning you can stand on the east-facing balcony and enjoy the view of the Mediterranean Sea.



The location on the headland is ideal for your seaside vacation. Directly in front of the door of the house you will find an inviting bathing beach at the Mar Menor. this offers you besides bathing pleasure also possibilities for water sports. You can also grab your beach bag and walk the few 100 meters to the sandy beach of the Mediterranean Sea and jump into the waves and refresh yourself.
