We like the proximity to the beach. The helpful friendly housemaids and the friendly restaurant staff. We didn't like the lack of information or posted notices in Spanish or English describing how to access the parking lot from the street. That information was non-existant. The procedure is to pull up to the gate, which is not identified, and telephone reception to buzz open the gate. Now how would anyone that hadn't been there before know that!! Bloody ridiculous. However, once we got in...

Our stay at Hotel Cristina was fantastic! It was a great location to go to the beach and the town of Los Alcazares. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was so nice and helpful, especially Jenny and Cristina herself. They helped us choose a tour of Mar Menor and where to eat. When we were leaving Los Alcazares, we could not get a taxi and Cristina personally arranged a ride for us! What a wonderful gesture. We highly recommend Hotel Cristina for the best hotel experience you could ask...

Breakfast was wonderful! There was a wife variety of choices and everything was fresh and delicious. We appreciated having oranges and cake available at all times, too. The pool was warm and clear and there were plenty of chairs to lounge in outside.

Great location, lovely decor, perfect stay.
Just surprising that they can't even provide one free bottle of water in the room like every other hotel I've stayed in :)

Vi var kjempefornøyd med leiligheten og har hatt et fint opphold. En ting som kan forbedres - gi oss flere håndklær. To håndklær pr person er for lite. Ellers var det helt suverent
