"The place is very, very special, a hotel in the rainforest, the staff is really lovely, we probably arrived at a bad time, the room was very humid, the blankets were so damp that they were wet, it was not pleasant to sleep there, we were supposed to stay for 2 nights, but unfortunately we chose to leave after the first night"

"If you’re planning to escape the city’s chaos, this is the perfect place to do it. Waking up to the soothing sounds of birdsong and the gentle cascading of a waterfall is an incredible experience. The staff, including Eric and Carla, are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The only inconvenience is that it’s located far from everything and everyone. "The facilities are outstanding. The view is stunning. Beautiful place. We had a great time. This said, I think the wine selection could be improved (wines are ridiculously expensive for the quality). The food at the main restaurant was not that great, but our dinner at mystique was excellent."
