"First I would like to say the customer service and communication was great at Rancho de Lelo. They did a great job suggesting activities around the area. The breakfast was delicious and property was beautiful. My kids loved spending time with the dogs. The view from the room was beautiful and calming. The negative is there was heavy rainfall while we were visiting and as a result the room felt very wet due to poor window and door insulation and condensation. All our items in the room felt damp....

"The room had all the facilities you need, including a spacious kitchen, a bathroom.with a shower and bathtub,, a separate toilet, a washer and dryer, and a balcony."

"The property and surroundings were beautiful. The room was very nice and fit our family of four perfectly. We loved hearing the nature noise maker surrounding us and the nature hike was really fun too. I would recommend a 4x4 to get to the property, it is a good ways up a bumpy road."

"Gorgeous setting and really cute cottage. Owner was helpful. My son loved the guava from the trees. Only thing that could have been improved would be to have wall air conditioning units. "
