Charging extra of the price shows online

I paid online for my room, when I get there they charme $7 because they told me that I was passing by Cucuta and I wasn't a tourist don't understand this charge at all. I am not from Colombia so I am a tourist even if I am passing by Cucuta to keep going to Venezuela. it doesn't have any sense.
