Welcome to Villa Paloma Blanca, your private oasis in beautiful San Jose del Cabo. This is a single 2 story home with 2 beds and 2 full baths in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the Sea of Cortez. There is also an optional separate casita which makes the property a 3 bed 3 bath option allowing sleeping for 6. **This additional space is available for an additional $60/night*** The main home includes it’s own garden area full of lush tropical plants and a fully private pool area with sun loungers and a bar. The bar has electric outlets and wifi so you can plug your laptop in and work or check emails while looking at the ocean and sipping on a cocktail. From the pool deck area you can see up the coastline with the mountains to the right and the ocean to the left. Costa Azul beach is famous for it’s Zippers surf break so any day you’re likely to be able to watch the surfers and during the right season you can also watch the whales making their way along the coast. There is plenty of lighting around the pool area so it’s also a great place to hang out in the evenings while listening to the waves. Downstairs is a bedroom with a queen size bed, very comfortable living area to relax in and watch TV – Netflix and Prime included, and a FULLY stocked kitchen with eat in area. Coming for Thanksgiving or Christmas? You’ll have everything you need to make a full holiday meal! There is also a storage area with a Tommy Bahama beach set including 4 chairs, an umbrella, cooler, beach towel and a cart to transport it all in. Everything you need for a day at the beach which is only an 8 minute walk away! Upstairs is a large bedroom with a king size bed and full bath. It has it’s own wrap around balcony including 2 more loungers. The views from this home are outstanding everywhere but this upstairs balcony is a great place to watch the sun rise in the morning while having your cup of coffee.
The optional separate casita has it’s own patio area, sun loungers and grill. That casita has a king size bed, full bathroom and kitchenette including a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, induction cooktop and all of the essentials you need to make some simple snacks or even a full meal. Outdoor kitchen area includes a sink and table for two.

The main bedroom with it's own bathroom is located upstairs with a king bed. The second bedroom, with a queen bed, is located on the ground floor, along with the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry room.
There is the option of a third bedroom for an additional fee, which is in another building, just across a small walkway. It has a king bed and it's own bathroom and A/C.
