My husband and I loved our visit to San Jose Del Cabo and mostly due to Jorge’s hospitality. The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, convenient and safe. Jorge was always available and responsive with questions. I loved being welcomed on arrival and would definitely return to this property.

This ground level condo is conveniently located next to the pool. The owners in the facility are very friendly and helpful. Security is great and it is a short walk to the beach. The only drawback is the noise from the highway.

All about the view!
We could not have been happier about renting this unit. The location was perfect and the views just breathtaking! I agree with the other reviews about the shower and think it could be somewhat corrected, but that did not put a damper on our stay. Jorge was an excellent host and we would stay here again.

We had the most amazing stay. Jorge was very helpful and responsive. The condo was beautiful, very well stocked. Have stayed in many places in San Jose, this was by far the best overall. Ocean views from everywhere! Can lay in bed and watch the sunrise. Pool is right beside condo yet the patio is private. Always sunny on the patio til 4 pm. The heat is retained in the stone so it is always comfortable. Can’t say enough good things. Will definitely be returning.

P-101 is still a good place, but.......
This property is conveniently located next to the pool and parking. Decor is modern and friendly. Unit has gone into disrepair over the past 2 years with the new owner. Stove needs to be updated as burners are not level and one burner is VERY hard to turn on. Bottom drawer is not on any tracks and is very hard to put back into place. Cleaning needs to be more thorough. Strange hairs in bathroom, Band aid in shower, and dust in lamps and under bed. Large mirror needs a good cleaning. Pillows need to be updated as they are very lumpy. Safe is non-operable with a code and you must use a key. Safe needs to be replaced/repaired. BBQ is great but BBQ utensils are needed and missing, especially BBQ brush. Made a request to have the ceiling fans balanced as they wobbled very unsafely. This was a comment last year, so no repairs were made since then. Dinner ware and glasses as minimal as many have been broken and not replaced. Unit needs an inventory list of items that must be there at all times. Bring flip flops for shower as floor is very rough pebbles that are placed on edge. Used a blanket in the closet that was heavily stained - maybe animal urine - not clean. Patio umbrellas are mechanically broken and need to be replaced as tilt function locks are broken. Found broken glass in the dishwasher. Cabinet doors need releveling as they are loose and rubbing against each other. Had to ask that several lightbulbs be replaced as they were not working. Had to ask for a beach cooler as one was not present in the condo and one of the beach chairs was broken, which was replaced. Sorry to say the unit is not what it used t be and the new owner does not seem to want to do anything to keep it ship shape, but to rent it. Recommend that this unit be removed from rental until the owner spends the money to make it a very desirable rental property again.
