  • Situated in one of the most private buildings of the exclusive beachfront development, El Encanto de La Laguna, this recently renovated penthouse offers breathtaking views over the Sea of Cortez from a wrap-around terrace. Equipped with everything that you need for a comfortable stay, C301 is a perfect getaway place for a couple or for a small family.

    The price includes Fitness Center* membership and access to the restaurant and bar at the local Beachfront club for the duration of your stay.

    *Please notice that the showers are spa-like bath tubs just for decorative purposes but ARE NOT meant to be filled up.

    BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

    -Available for long term rentals.

    -Max occupancy - 4 people.

    -A minimum of 3 night stay is required.

    -A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.

    -A minimum of 11 night stay is required if your dates include both 25th and 31st of December.

    -The minimum age required to rent this property is 30 years old.
