Nice hotel by the airport

We needed a place to stay an extra couple of days. This hotel was very convenient to the airport. The room was modern and clean. The staff was very nice.

Not Best Western

Arrived expecting to use Best Western gift card only to discover 15 days earlier hotel had been sold. Since it's no longer part of Best Western chain, they did not accept card. Our "non smoking" room reeked of smoke so changed rooms. A lot of moving around with 4 large bags (had been in Cabo 3 months) on a cart that we manoeuvred ourselves. Next room: poor pressure in shower, a trickle in sink, towels a little stiff but room clean and bed good. Breakfast not included and breakfast buffet just barely worth the $9 but you can order from menu. Will be interesting to see the results private ownership brings. Rather odd...hotel gated. (8:30 pm) Had to wait a while to get someone's attention to let our friend/driver in and he had to come into hotel to have someone let him out.

I have long legs and couldn't sit on the commode. Used the lobby facility. The food was very good in the restaurant. Overall, price is right.

Mi pareja y yo nos hospedamos por una noche en el hotel y tuvimos problemas con la regadera, se tardaba demasiado en calentar y salía muy poca agua. Se reporto a recepción e inmediatamente enviaron a alguien, quien pudo resolver parcialmente el problema pero dejo sucio el suelo de la regadera y el piso del baño al terminar.

Nice enough and clean, but the food was terrible

We arrived about 7 PM, went to dinner at the hotel restaurant. The garlic shrimp had no garlic and the shrimp was rubbery beyond belief. The service was abysmally slow, the food plain and poorly prepared.

This is a great hotel and we felt it was a good value but there is no heat in the rooms and we were cold until be brought our own little box heater into the room. The shower had warm water but not hot. We asked them to turn up the water heater but it never got warmer during our entire weeks stay. It was still a great hotel and we will stay there again.

Too close to airport but yet too far from town.

The only hotel next to SJD Airport, nothing else beside Car Rental companies surrounded. Taxi fare to downtown are very expensive, only recommended to stay here if your intention is to catch flight. Booked thru hotel.com whereby stated taxes included in the total, but still the Hotel insisted & charged the extra 19% taxes!

Hotel para tomar un vuelo pronto.

Solo lo recomiendo si necesitas ir al aeropuerto, ya que sí está un poco lejos del centro y el mar. Si tienes coche puedes ir más fácil pero igual es lejos.

Away from the city, but that free shuttle helps.

Everything on the beach was booked, so we ended up at this very clean, nice hotel. Due to its location, we had to bus it into town each and everytime. But, lucky for us, this hotel offers free shuttle pick up & drop off from the airport. There you can get a bus for $80 pesos ($4 dollars) to take you all the way to los cabos.

Convenient to airport at San Jose del Cabo.

We booked this hotel in order to be near the airport to be able to get to our return flight on time on a trip to Los Cabos. It is the only one that is very close. It appeared to be a new hotel, in very good condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

No water to shower or flush the toilet .

The hotel is clean and the rooms are very nice.. the service in the restaurant was very slow. When I stayed, 11-26-27, they had no water. ZERO! The staff kept telling us an hour, then maybe two. I ended up taking a shower using a bucket.. The last time I stayed there this happened but was fixed before I left so I was able to have water.. I'm not sure why they had no water, but the staff did not offer any explanation. Unfortunately I will be staying elsewhere when I go back to Cabo.

Water went off at 7am. Waiter overcharged drink by 300%! Bar never opened in 3 days. Restaurant waiter rude, never got order correct. Checkin/out very slow. Great location, potential, needs supervision!
