We had an amazing time at Krystal Grand. Our room was cleaned daily. They even set up decorations in the room for my daughter’s 5th birthday. The staff was always helpful with anything we needed including helping us make reservations to the restaurants. We had an amazing time!

The very welcoming staff, especially the concierge, make sure you know how things are organized and how to keep your bearings around the massive complex when you arrive. The rooms are very clean. My ocean view room crossed the property, so I was able to take in the infinity pools with the Sea of Cortes just beyond. That came in very handy to keep an eye on the best times to actually go to the pool. Free bar everywhere is priceless: the pool, the lobby, the restaurants. There are plenty of non-alcoholic options as well. The food is always fresh and savory; however, the variety could be better. Another plus: the entire complex is wheelchair-friendly. I'll be sure to return with my 95 year old mother.

The concielier was very helpful and he try out the best but I really had a bad experience with some members of stuff regarding my drinks and also sea foods was a lack of option. I never have seen shrimps wrapped with ham ( pork ) . The Pools were very great

The property was run down, there are 4 pools and only one was clean. The swim up bar pool was green, the kids pool was dirty and the one that was clean had wires hanging out of the pool lights. The food was good to fair one day and the next terrible because you could tell it was reheated leftovers from the day before. On two of the days the supposed lunch buffet was no buffet. The food was a la carte with a very limited menu. If the staff wasn't so friendly I would have cut my losses and found a different place or gone home.

Nice place. Good people. The Expedia staff were great help. Use a Uber while in Cabo. Stay away from Greyline and other taxi/tours. One great experience with Ranchi Tours. They were professional and the exception.
