This 3-bedroom Villa in San Jose Del Cabo is perfect for your escape to relaxation. Close to world class restaurants, resorts and marinas but a world away from the hotel zone. This charming Villa features 1 queen bed, 2 king beds, and a cozy sofa bed, guests will have plenty of space to unwind. The property features 3 bathrooms, two of which are attached to king bedrooms, with showers and bath necessities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Whether you're lounging in the living room or enjoying the fresh air on the patio with PRIVATE pool, this adorable retreat is sure to make your vacation enjoyable. We have a sister property ChiChiMar which sleeps 8 2 minutes away. Access to Beach Club provided which includes bar, restaurant and gym.

Private Access to Home via Large gate, for auto, and front door. We will have an ambassador meet you at our home

Private neighborhood with manned security entrance. Your name and guest names will be required to enter

Getting Around:
Property is a 10 min walk to neighborhood beach or a 2 minute drive. Private pool located on property. Beach club is a 3 minute drive which has private bar, restaurant and pool and beach access.

House if fully equipped with linens, towels, soaps, shampoo/conditioner etc

Interaction with Guests:
We will meet you at home. If pick up from airport is required, that is an additional cost but can be arranged
