The Space:
Casa Estrella is a luxurious oceanview villa featuring a sophisticated design and Mexican architectural elements. The property is nestled in a gated community in the El Encanto de La Laguna area with tranquil, luxurious surroundings, and stunning views, that’s a short 5-minute stroll to the beach. And to make sure you feel well taken care of, a dedicated villa manager will be at your service from the moment you book until the day of your departure, readily available to help plan your stay (except Sundays).
Though there is lots to see and do around, you and your group will hardly have a reason to leave! You can spend days and evenings around the infinity pool, soaking all your stress away in the whirlpool with hydro massage, grilling tasty treats and mixing drinks in the outdoor kitchen. There’s an outdoor lounging area, lounge chairs with umbrellas, an outdoor dining table and an incredible fire pit surrounded by a built-in sofa that’s perfect for watching a tangerine sunset.
For relaxing downtime inside the home, there’s a super comfortable sitting area with a wall-mounted Smart TV that can connect to your own streaming accounts. This area connects to the outdoor patio through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors which makes it easy to socialize and keep the group together.
You’ll have a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen for preparing meals at home, a stylish dining table that seats 8, and a breakfast bar that can seat 4, where you can enjoy your culinary delights. (A private chef can be provided for an extra fee.) Enjoy the convenience of a dishwasher, washer and dryer in the villa.
When it’s time to rest and recharge, the villa features 5 magnificent bedrooms, all with an ensuite full bath plus an additional half bath, to accommodate 10 guests as such:

This gorgeous villa is nestled in a gated community in the El Encanto de La Laguna area with tranquil, luxurious surroundings and stunning views. Enjoy nearby fine dining, local shops, and the allure of ocean views and breathtaking sunsets right from your villa, and still be about a 20-minute drive from downtown San Jose del Cabo and about 45 minutes from downtown Cabo. Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), approximately 24 km | 15 miles away. Driving times to the Cabo San Lucas area vary based on traffic and time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. There’s parking in the driveway at the property. We also offer a private transportation option for an additional fee. Please let us know.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only.
We kindly ask all of our guests to please abide by these HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 30 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
If you hire external providers, you are responsible for any damaged or missing items at the property.
Interaction with Guests:
Our concierge will meet you at the property to check you in, provide you with keys, show you around, and answer any questions you may have. We kindly ask that you let us know your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance.
