"I have to say, my experience at the Ramada Encore hotel was outstanding. I've stayed in several hotels in Queretaro, but this one stands out as the best. The staff is friendly, the hotel is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is absolutely amazing! I will definitely be returning to the Ramada, and I highly recommend this hotel. Additionally, there's a shopping center within walking distance, which is very convenient. Overall, this is the best hotel by far. The property was amazing, the staff of Rosewood San Miguel were very hospitable and attentive, and we loved the location in relation to the rest of the city! Do yourself a favor and stay at the Rosewood when in San Miguel for a truly unforgettable stay. "

"The hotel is located within convenient walking distance to the city center where much activity occurs, but far enough to preclude celebratory noise, especially during Dia de Los Muertos. Staff were helpful, thorough and friendly. The accommodations were clean, nicely decorated and modern while keeping a traditional Mexican feel. Breakfast wait staff were efficient and friendly and the menu provided many options."
