Staff was amazing especially Bronnie who took the time to help us get connected to our tour guide. I would definitely recommend taking an Uber to the local downtown market which is about 10 minutes away. There’s plenty of reasonable souvenirs.

Hilton Garden Inn San Jose La Sabana
The room was ok but it better was based on the price. The pool however wasn’t! Having a pool with weather temp in the middle of a San Jose tower means no one will use it. It should be a warmed pool cause otherwise it is there for decor.

Wyndham San Jose Herradura Hotel & Convention Center
The room was nasty. The walls were dirty, bed was like sleeping on concrete, AC is overly complicated on how it operates, floors were grimy, bathroom had mold all over, and the water was ice cold no matter which way you turn the knob.
