"Hotel Gringo Perdido was a truly great place to stay during our 3-day trip to Tikal and other historical sites. The asphalted road leading to the entrance of HGP is probably the best road in the area as it was recently poured and a second pouring is scheduled soon. The HGP staff were very welcoming ..."

"I paid $314 for 2 night during Easter (high season). It was definitely not worth the amount. The hotel is old and looks like it hasn’t been remodeled in decades. The staff was very nice. Be careful how much you pay for this place."
