"Checking in, I was stopped at the gate and held up for 5-10 minutes and asked for my name by the guard 4 or 5 times. I don't know how many times I had to repeat myself when the reception desk is within sight and I can just verify if I'm indeed a guest there... archaic.
The actual staffs are wonderful and very courteous. Absolutely nothing to criticize on that regards; likely the best aspect of my stay.

"I have been staying in few hotels in Clark City and I can say that The Mansion is the Best Hotel I have stayed in. Staff are all very friendly specially Jerick Ferrer. I highly recommend this Hotel specially for families. It has alot of family friendly activities and Pools. Worth every penny! You ate making the right choice if you stayed in this Hotel."
