"The front reception staff could be more welcoming, more informative. Upon arrival washroom was not working in lobby area, no wifi, sewer problems. On our second day the sewer stunk..on our way to the pool. Pool area, everything dirty, lounge chairs, pool water cold, hot tub area not working. Place looks run down, nothing to do in the resort. We booked a room with 2 double bed, went out..when we came back our bed was wet because the AC water dipped and soaked the mattress. We were move and put into a penthouse suite. Happy for that. Breakfast and staff were great, very friendly. (Jamal our server was great) Our rooms had no kettle, no coffee, no tea as advertised. I would give it 2 out of 5. Stayed May 2026."

"The property itself was nice and quiet. However, the bathroom was not cleaned before we went in. My husband didn’t want me to make a fuss so he cleaned it himself. I will not recommend or return based on that."

"My expectations given that Hilton Trinidad is an old hotel were simple. However, although The room was small it was well fitted. Mini fridge and microwave were appreciated. Pool area is huge. I felt like there is room for improvement, for example, a playground on the compound would be a welcomed addition. Breakfast was diverse, lots of fruit and veggies which we loved. The views of the city of Port of Spain always 10/10. The gym is fantastic. Hilton is like home, comfortable, relaxing and welcoming."
