Excellent property!

We were fortunate to have stayed in this h pool house before and I chose to stay again. Between the location, cleanliness, all of the amenities, communication, and more, opting to booking the house was a very easy decision!

Excellent Holiday House

We stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday to visit family nearby. The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc. The pool and neighborhood amenities were really great! We will stay here again.

Family Memorial

House is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Did not like the check in process with needing to leave ID and Credit Card photos prior to check. This should all be through VRBO in my opinion. Check in details seemed very close to check in time when you are traveling 9 hours to get there. Kitchen is a nice size but a family of coffee drinkers would need to bring their own coffee cups. There were only 5. We also needed to “hunt” down the bath towels and pillows which were in a closet upstairs. All in all was still a comfortable home to stay in.

Great Location

Thx to Marbella Lane PM for taking good care of us. Pls let guests know the pool as shown in the photos is not heated so off season the pool is cold. This is a quiet neighborhood off the beaten path yet close to everything.

Big house

Nice place. Did not like the communications. Went through a rental service. Asked for extensive ID and background check. Very rule bound. Pool difficult to use- have to call the owners 24 hours ahead and arrange. Clearly they aren’t supposed to be renting out the property. Gym not part of the use but it is shown in the photos. False advertising.

Disappointed but wasn’t all bad

When we showed up the house was disgustingly dirty. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Didn’t even allow my kids to sleep in the beds, there was hair in the beds and everywhere, mold on shower curtains, beds weren’t even properly made, linen closet was full of WET sheets and towels. It was obvious someone came in and tried to quickly make it appear clean. This was super disrespectful in my opinion. We pay a large price for a home we expect to at the very least be clean and safe for my children. Property management is not consistent. Communicating with them is awkward. They offered us a Starbucks gift card…didn’t even offer to comp the nights we spent sleep there due to the condition of the home. They sent a cleaning team two days after we arrived. We were able to stay with family during that time. Even this cleaning team was horrified by what they found. The location is decent, pool is nice. The home itself isn’t bad but my opinion was really solidified upon arrival and how it was mismanaged.

We stayed here to celebrate my 50th birthday with my family. The house is beautiful and clean but extremely cold. I tried several times to get the heater going but nothing worked. I tried reaching out to the owners the first night but they never got back to me. We froze our butts off. We were miserable. None of us were prepared. We had to walk around the house with our jackets on. They really should let people know before you book in the middle of winter that the heater doesn’t work.
