The renovated holiday home is a rustic and bright accommodation in a spectacular location directly by the sea. It is ideal to relax and enjoy the sound of the sea and the view. The house is located in the municipality of San Juan de La Rambla, only 30 metres above sea level.

The highlight of the house is the large sun terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, which offers a breathtaking and uninterrupted view of the sea. This is partly covered and equipped with barbecue.

The accommodation has two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Blankets, bed linen and towels are provided by the owner. An extra bed can be provided on request. There are also two fully equipped bathrooms with shower, WC and hairdryer. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and cooking utensils. There is also a washing machine and hoover in the house. The living room has comfortable armchairs for relaxing, as well as satellite TV and a stereo system.

The holiday home is characterised by its quiet location, as it is situated in a traffic-calmed area. The only thing you can hear is the soothing sound of the sea. From the house you can reach the nearby restaurants where you can enjoy typical local dishes. The beach is also only a few minutes walk away. From your accommodation you will also be able to access a hiking trail that winds along the coast. Water sports enthusiasts will also find what they are looking for: surfing, diving and fishing are all within a 1 km radius. Shopping facilities are about 2 km away.
