Beachfront
- Beautiful beachfront condo, great views of the bay, close to restaurants & nightlife. The area was featured on the cover of Lonely Planet Nicaragua. If you like the nightlife, this condo is perfect, next to a popular night spot so it can get noisy at nights. Great amenities: fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet, two balconies facing the ocean, etc. There will be additional fees for excessive electricity use. Due to VRBO only allowing a flat fee for electricity use, we are unable to charge upfront for electricity usage as we only want to charge for excessive usage, if applicable. Please review house rules before booking.
