If you love nature, a quiet place to relax and exquisite local gastronomy, this is the place to be. I can’t describe it, you have to live your own experience. It is so magical that it helped me remember my childhood days how this place can have a significant impact. The pool area is beautiful and so is the private beach. You won’t regret it. The staff is friendly and eager to help you in any way to please you.

This hotel is absolutely stunning!!! I can’t get over how accommodating Clifford was, he made sure all of my needs were met. My room was stunning and the whole resort was gorgeous. The private beach and horse back riding is an absolute must. Tree Casa will always hold a special place in my heart.

Beautiful property. The scenery was beautiful the staff was friendly. I enjoyed everything about it. Wish I could have stayed longer. Do remember it is surrounded by trees so expect a critter here and there . My lucky guest was a spider. Drinks could be a little stronger but you can always buy yourself a bottle before exiting the airport.

Great property to stay in San Juan Del Sur. Your kids will love it the pool with slide and waterfall diving platform. The property is huge and there is a lot to explore. They also provide shuttles to and from city centre and the beach.

We were never given information about property(beach area). Their day pass customers took over the entire pool area and we couldn’t find a chair to enjoy the main reason we booked the property. Treecasa is truly a work of art! Everything was carefully curated for a beautiful and unique experience. We stayed 3 nights in one of the bungalows. I couldn’t believe how spacious it was and the deck was huge. The entire place was more beautiful in person than in the photos. The food was some of the best we had in Nicaragua. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The service was also incredible. Big thanks to Christian for going out of his way to help us arrange a ferry reservation. We really appreciated it!
