Beautiful property in SJDS . As a family of 4 with 2 kids under 10 this had everything we needed . Food is on the pricier side but one breakfast drink & item is included daily with your stay (portions were big) . Daily shuttle will take you closer to the beach as it is not walking distance. Unfortunately, some of the things advertised on their social media such as “access to a private beach” were not accessible , they could not get us a shuttle to the private beach or provide a clear follow up on why so that was kind of a bummer. Otherwise, the resort itself was amazing.

We need A TV in the bedroom to be completed 😔. Una experiencia hermosa en Nicaragua 🇳🇮🌴 Nos encantó nuestra estadía en TreeCasa. Desde que llegamos nos sentimos muy bien recibidos. El lugar es precioso, rodeado de naturaleza, tranquilo y perfecto para desconectarse y disfrutar en familia. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, la piscina espectacular y las vistas y la vegetación hacen que realmente sientas que estás en un lugar diferente. También disfrutamos mucho la comida y, sobre todo, la amabilidad de las personas que trabajan allí. Siempre fueron atentos con nosotros y nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos. Viajamos en familia y nos llevamos recuerdos muy bonitos de nuestra estadía. Definitivamente fue uno de esos lugares que forman parte de la experiencia del viaje, no simplemente un hotel donde dormir. Gracias, TreeCasa, por hacernos sentir tan bien recibidos. It is a project in development . We stayed at the newer upper cabin .they looked great with all the confort except they are placed on top of mountain . The wind caused a lots of noise bouncing on the cabin so sleeping was not ideal. The lower was very busy on Sunday and the upper level ocean pool was not fully functional. Food was ok. Overall good for the 3 of us. The checkout process felt a little weird. Despite a deposit at check in, they asked us to stay 5-10 min at check out so staff went to look that nothing was taken. A bit uncomfortable , not leaving with the best impression.

I have so much to say but I won't have enough room this place was extraordinary 5 star resort at it's finest. I will definitely stay here again food was good the vibe incredible you feel zen. Rooms outstanding my husband and I went for our anniversary the pool was great go to the top for ocean view and beautiful pool.

Amazing experience. The staff is what makes this resort truely memorable. We would like to thank Cristian & Estphane at the front desk. At the pool and restaurant Mario, Steven, Larry, Norberto, and all the other staff members there truely amazing. We were a family of 6 with teenagers and wow what a vacation. Thank you so much.

The spa was very relaxing. There are monkeys on the property. The rooms are very clean. The air conditioning works very well but it only keeps your room cold it doesn’t run far out to the living are or kitchen are. Staff is great very responsive. The only complaint I have is not being able to bring outside food to your room from what I was told.

This hotel was AMAZING! For anyone who has accessibility issues, I would contact the hotel in advance and ask to have a room near reception/the pool. We actually timed it once and the walk was over 4 minutes to our cabin and there were lots of stairs. We're all able bodied so it was fine but I can imagine this would be difficult for some. The restaurant food was delicious. The breakfast was a buffet and it was amazing. We had 1 dinner onsite on our last day and all the food was incredible but it's significantly more expensive than eating in San Juan Del Sur. Most days, we went into town to grab a late lunch or fried chicken or street meat for dinner later. All in all, it was incredible. The pools were super fun, my kids loved the water slide and the waterfall jump. We saw howler monkeys. Watch for the monkey poo on the deck. The staff do a good job cleaning it up but it's still there sometimes. The horseback riding from the property isn't crazy expensive, it was like $46/horse, which was very reasonable. I had already booked a private tour through someone else so we stuck with that. The room does have an inventory that you're supposed to review within 3 hours of checkin, the bowls and drapery rod were missing from our room so I reached out to them. The front desk use WhatsApp and are very responsive. Also, something to note, the power went out 3 times during our visit, only 1 time was it for over 30 minutes, the other two times were short. Just something to know.

Best hotel in San Juan del sur. The cleanliness is a 10/10. I stayed in two different cabins and they were immaculate. The staff is wonderful, the drinks, the food, everything is 10/10 in my opinion. My family and I LOVED everything.
