Beautiful beachfront condo in the heart of Isla Verde!

This apartment building complex is located right on Isla Verde Ave. The complex has 24 hour security, swimming pool, basketball & tennis court and direct beach access. One dedicated underground parking spot is included. The view from this 14th floor unit is stunning and the fact that you can enjoy that view from every room of the apartment is even better. The bedroom has a king size bed and there’s a futon in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, pots, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Also, there is cable TV, WiFi, air conditioner, washer/dryer, beach chairs and beach towels. Various options of restaurants, bars and hotels are within walking distance and a 24/7 Walgreens pharmacy is right across the street. The airport is less than 10 min away while Old San Juan and Condado are a short drive away.

House Rules:

1. Do not smoke inside the house. We have a large balcony in which you can do so freely.

2. No pets are allowed inside the apartment.

3. There is a waste room right by the freight elevator. Please throw away your trash.

4. When exiting the apartment please turn off all electric equipment, including but not limited to the A/C. Please also close the windows and balcony door when the A/C is on.

Another great stay

This is our third stay at Marbella with Luis as the host. So that should tell you something Wonderful views from 14th floor. Any small issues that might arise Luis responded quickly. Checkin was a breeze. Plan to stsy again. Pool was very clean and great beach.

Very Nice Stay

This our second time renting for Luis. He is extremely responsive in all inquiries. The unit on 14th floor has awesome view of ocean. Unit was clean upon entry. Plenty of towels. We stayed for 3 weeks so nice to have washer dryer. Kitchen small but pretty well stocked. A/C worked fine. Some nois4 issues from club nearby but only on Fridays. Luis does a nice job and we plan to rent again.

Great stay, just as described!

We had a wonderful stay! We got in late but checking into the building was quick and easy - and waking up to the beautiful view was a great way to start our trip. Place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Close to the airport, quick uber ride to Old San Juan, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again!

Amazing View

I loved our stay here, everything was clean and the view made every thing better. The building is safe and nobody can get in unless staying there. I would stay here Everytime I go to San Juan !

Stayed in Condo # 1408. Interior nice and clean with great balcony view of the beach. TV in family room didn't work the whole time while there (Cable box Bad?) with multi attempts to have fixed. Property was nice and secure, but neighborhood sketchy across the street. CVS and Walgreens close and Supermax grocery 1/2 mile away. AC worked great and washer/dryer a plus. 3-13-2020

Our honeymoon vacation

This is a beautifully decorated Ocean view apartment.Luis has thought of every detail from beach towels to beach chairs. We were especially amazed with the total security at the building. We will rent this apartment time and time again. Thank you Luis for making my honeymoon stay so amazing.

What a view!

Property is just as described. The owner maintains it very nicely - clean and includes some tasteful decorations. Owner is also very reachable and helpful- We will definitely rent here again.

Our stay was amazing. Great view of the beach from the 14th floor balcony, easy access onto beach. Excellent pool, playground. Beach is clean and absolutely beautiful. You can walk to restaurants (we highly recommend Alambique Beach Lounge, a short walk down the beach) and a Walgreens right across the street with beer, liquor, groceries. Perfect spot

Our stay was amazing. Great view of the beach from the 14th floor balcony, easy access onto beach. Excellent pool, playground, picnic tables, pavilion, grills and full basketball court right on the property as well. Building is nice with easy included parking and a helpful doorman at the desk 24/7. You can walk to restaurants (we highly recommend Alambique Beach Lounge, a short walk down the beach) and a Walgreens right across the street with beer, liquor, groceries. There's a larger grocery store a short drive down the street as well. The apartment was spotless and nicely furnished and decorated. Tons of towels, extra pillows, super soft sheets, a comfy bed. Good water pressure in the shower (checked all our boxes!). There was a problem with the a/c on the first day but Luis had it fixed quickly. You can rent chairs and umbrellas right outside the property's private, secure beach access. Beach is clean and absolutely beautiful. We saw dolphins swimming by and loved watching the waves rolling in from the balcony. We had no complaints and cannot wait to book with Luis again. He was so great to work with and answered all my questions quickly. Thank you Luis!!

Overall great trip

It was our first trip to Puerto Rico. Luis was super helpful and quick to respond to messages. The rental looks just like the pictures. It was so beautiful. They thought of everything. Even beach towels, chairs and cooler. Or you can rent them right on the beach. Good restaurants within walking distance. Old San Juan was a quick Uber trip away. There were plenty of Uber's at all hours. Would totally recommend and stay again. Thanks Luis!

Our stay in this apartment was exceptional. Very comfortable, and close to everything. We were happy with the security of the building and everyone was very nice. I have to add the decorations was very nice and love the washer / dryer in the room was and added plus. Would most definitely rent this room again and suggest it to my friends and family. Beautiful apartment on the beach!

We have stayed in Isla Verde several times. This apartment was bright and tastefully decorated. Our host Luis was extremely responsive to any of our needs. Plenty of towels and chairs for the beach. Balcony was excellent. The cold beers in the fridge when we arrived were certainly appreciated!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great time on the island.

Great Condo with wonderful views

Booked this with Luis the owner for 2 weeks in January. He responded quickly to any questions within minutes. The 14th floor unit has spectacular unobstructed view of the pool and ocean. The unit was very clean with good Wifi and nice flatscreen. Good size bedroom with washer/dryer.Easy access to good local restaurants and only 10 min to airport. Unit had standard bath, shower and kitchen with cooking utensils. Plenty of beach towels and linens. Wonderful balcony for cocktails and ocean views.Pool large and well maintained. I will rent again.

Exceptional oceanfront condo

Condo was terrific, very clean and Luis has thought of every detail. Cooler, beach chairs, boogie board, water noodle and plenty of towels. Washer and dryer was great, view is absolutely amazing. Location cannot be beat, thanks Luis for a great stay!
