"amazing first time in PR aire de olives team was very accommodating, i had to give points off because they don’t have microwaves in their rooms and i purchased a birthday package that wasn’t set up when i arrived but they quickly made sure it was set up while we were exploring PR. those two minuscule hiccups were overshadowed by how safe we as two women felt on and around the property and the kindness we received from the team! will definitely consider booking again when staying in the isla verde area! it’s also not too far from san juan"

"Went with a 10 year old and my mom, and we had a blast! Super close to El Yunque, excellent amenities, wonderful rooms and excellent food. The Roots restaurant had some bad service a few times (one time it took an hour to get our food), but otherwise no huge hiccups. 10/10 recommend Amaya restaurant (pricey, but sooo good) as well as the kiddos friendly pool with the slides. Overall, resort was a bit pricey (the fact that resort fees aren’t included in the price is tough, about $300 before you even eat anything) and their was no food included standard (I paid for breakfast buffet to make less of a hassle). Even though it was pricey, I still had a good time. Just wish they were more upfront about those resort fees!"

"El hotel está en un lugar céntrico donde puedes acudir o tener entes alternativas, gastronómicas y turísticas. Las facilidades de entretenimiento en tiendas de la piscina y la playa son hermosas. El Nightlife en el hotel es tranquilo ya a las nueve de la noche. No hay mucho que hacer en el hotel sin embargo, sus alrededores ofrecen muchas alternativas de entretenimiento."

"Overall, I had a great stay at the Fairmont. The only downside was that my room had a strange smell, and the bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working. Other than that, everything was excellent. The amenities were wonderful, the beach was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."
