Accommodating up to six adults comfortably, the second level reveals an expansive open terrace with panoramic views, covered seating, and patio furniture – a perfect setting for relaxing or enjoying outdoor dining.

Amazing week in a beautiful home

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful condo. The pool was a short walk and the beach just beyond that. It was quiet and peaceful.We all enjoyed the rooftop deck with the hammock and beautiful breezes. Plenty of room for our family of four and a great jumping off spot to enjoy nearby activities within a 30-60 minute drive like San Juan, jet skiing, rain forest, beautiful beaches, restaurants, and more. Brenda the host was very responsive and helpful. On-site washer and dryer came in handy. Everything you'd need to cook a meal in the kitchen. Hope to visit again one day soon!

Lovely stay

This apartment was just perfect. It was clean, spacious, and peaceful. The beach was walking distance and probably one of the better beaches to enjoy. I enjoyed staying here. The owner was very responsive and made the process easy. would stay here again for sure

First time renting property instead of hotel. Great property! Nice view from upper level of ocean and mountains. Appreciate the gated community. Everything accurate as described. It was nice and relaxing pool. Not much activity at pool so almost had it to ourselves during our stay. Comfortable furniture throughout property. Cannot think of anything else that would have made it better. Thanks Brenda for enjoyable stay!

Spring break with family of six

Very nice condo in gated community with very large rooftop patio and excellent private beach and pool area. Very quiet. Included coolers, beach chairs, and boogie boards which was very convenient for us. Short drive to rain forest, San Juan, Luquillo/Fajardo (more beaches), and airport. Great communication with Brenda - very responsive. Thank you!

Nice place and location

The condo was nice and so was the location. My only complaint would be it could use some upgrades/ updates. The showers/tubs had a little rust, and so did the bidet so we didn't even bother using the bidet. Other than that, everything else was good. I would still recommend.

Lovely home centrally located

The property was clean, well appointed and close to the airport, rainforest and bioluminescent bay kayaking. The complex was wonderfully maintained, the pools were beautiful, and the beach access was perfect! Our favorite part of this house was the rooftop with covered and open areas and exquisite views of the beach and rain forest. Beds were comfy too Perhaps the only drawback (by no fault of the owners) is that the location. You really need a rental car here since there isn’t anything within walking distance.

Great time!

We enjoyed our stay! My two friends and I stayed and really enjoyed the property. Its was clean and we especially loved the rooftop. The instructions given by the owners was very detailed and gave good recommendations on restaurants and other information. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is great. Would highly recommend it. has everything you need and Brenda is like a virtual tour guide making sure you know all the ins and outs. Really enjoyed all the spaces especially the rooftop areas.

Another visit to paradise

This was our second time at Brenda's place and it was even better than the first. Found a new swimming hole in El yunque, and went to luquillo beach for the first time. What a gorgeous beach. Evenings on the roof deck were sublime and we even got to watch the Bruins game. Can't say enough about the comfort and location of Brenda's condo.

Excellent stay

Excellent host. Very understanding. Attention to detail. Made the stay enjoyable. Ours was a last minute semi-planned vacation. We were able to enjoy our vacation more than what we expected as everything was taken care of at the place we stayed. Clean and well stocked kitchen along with accurate online description helped us a lot. It was very easy to contact the host and they were very approachable to our requests as well. Wonderful stay

The condo was very comfortable and a great location to getting to San Juan and the rainforest. Brenda was easy to work with and great communication. The area around the condo seemed poor and unkept so we were a little concerned at first but the locals were friendly and helpful and we never felt unsafe. The condo grounds were very well kept and the pool was very nice. Our only issue was the trash on the beach area (no fault of Brenda’s). It’s such a beautiful place and I hated to see all the trash. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to experience some authentic Puerto Rico. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location to experience it all

Brenda and Lars are fantastic to work with and quick on communication and support. They provide solid insight on recommendations. This is a great spot to come with friends or family. The rooftop terrace is easily one of the most relaxing areas to hang out and socialize, or just get away for morning coffee. You are an easy walk away from the beach where we practically had it all to ourselves. For location, it's nice not being around all the typical tourist areas, but it doesn't take long to get to any hot spot or restaurant you want to try. The place is secured, and quiet. AC is only in the bedrooms, and they work very well! Keep this in mind as the main area, especially in summer, can get very warm, even with fans and windows, so use the rooftop terrace to hang out, or get out and enjoy Puerto Rico, which is probably why you are here to begin with! I'd highly recommend checking staying here.

Vacation getaway

The apartment was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the roof top patio. The furniture was comfortable and there was always a nice ocean breeze. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans, not many bowls but very functional. Appliances were a little dated but functioned fine. The beds were comfortable but the bedroom AC units were a little noisy. The beach was beautiful, and very few people on it. Enjoyed long walks on the beach each day. The swimming was good but we had very windy days with extreme waves a few days which made it dangerous to swim. Location was great. Short drive to San Juan and to the Rain Forest. It would be nice to get a 2nd beach gate key, so that the whole group of people do not have to go and come in from the beach at the same time. We would definitely stay here again on future visits.

A week in paradise

Our stay at Brenda’s condo in Loiza was great! She gave us perfect instructions to arrive at the property very late at night. We had everything we needed to get comfy as soon as we arrived. Brenda checked in with us throughout our trip, and was a very gracious host. The rooftop patio is the perfect place to enjoy a rest in the hammock, or a cup of coffee with the ocean on one side and El Yunque on the other. We really enjoyed eating dinner on the rooftop as well. Loiza was great town! The location on the island enabled us to do a lot of exploring. We spent one day swimming in the river on the Ajenlico Trail; drove into San Juan for exploring; drove to Ceiba and caught the ferry to Vieques for a kayak tour; and so much more. The best part of the whole property, though, is that a beautiful beach is just steps away from your door. I highly recommend this property for a family as well! My fiancé and I brought our 15 year old teenagers, and everyone had plenty of room and privacy when needed. The big living room couch was also great for a movie night. I miss PR already, and I would definitely stay at Brenda’s condo again.

The very definition of comfort and enchantment!

This roof top condo did not disappoint! I loved the gated condominiums and the 24 hour security. I felt safe and privileged. The condo listed is AS DISCRIBED😁 plenty of space and very clean. Even the furniture was very welcoming! The roof top itself by far the best I have had the privilege to enjoy. Daytime or night, perfect weather and place to enjoy nature in its beauty. The beach was a two minute walk behind the condo with private access. Loved that 😊 The only thing I will say was the beds in the condo were a bit firm for our liking but still rested well. Needless to say Lars and Brenda are super host indeed! They provided very detailed instructions for check in along with things to do and see in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷. Which was unexpected but highly thankful for! Lars and Brenda was always available and always answered my calls and text. Super kind and sooo sweet. Big thank you to them both! I will be staying here again when I return to this beautiful island!

PR Vacation by the beach

The property was just as it was posted. The location was good. The upper level is so nice and relaxing the breeze is very refreshing. Steps to a gated beach with beautiful warm water. It was quiet and peaceful. The pools were clean and warm. The house was equipped with everything we needed even beach towels and chairs. The host was very quick to communicate and very nice. Great place!

This was a great area, we have stayed in the area previously. We did not use the rooftop much because it faced the parking lot. The host was very responsive. The beds are very comfortable. There were plenty of beach chairs and accessories. The beach towels could definitely be updated. We also bought ice trays because there were none in the freezer. Just an easy upgrade that we left behind for everyone to use. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. It is just a great area for anyone who wants to get outside of San Juan. Luquillo beach is also a half hour away and is beyond beautiful with no waves. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home!

A slice of paradise

The host thought about everything! She sent us a pretty comprehensive pamphlet ahead of the trip that included everything from things to do to places to eat. The host was incredibly responsive. The condo was exactly like the pictures she posted on the website. The condo had everything from beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and other supplies that were incredibly helpful for our trip. The rooftop terrace was our favorite spot, it was so quiet, between the breeze and the rocking of the hammock it felt like a slice of paradise.
