“El Caracol Del Mar” or “The Seashell” characterizes our guest apartment hideaway, a separate space for you on our residential beach house property only a 5-minute walk to the beach. It’s furnished for a cozy stay in the heart of San Juan and its trendiest beach vibes of “Ocean Park”

Location: Centered in the middle of all San Juan has to offer. You will only be a short UBER ride to Everything. 8 mins from the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. Walgreens, Walmart, or grocery stores. 12 mins by car to OLD San Juan historic Spanish architecture, 6 mins to “Condado”/ “Isla Verde” hotels, casinos, and clubs, 8 mins to “Santurce’s” local art and nightlife. Fine dining, international and local cuisine, is accessible via UBER or a few different food delivery apps.
The apartment is well-equipped to meet the needs of a traveler. Beach gear is readily available to grab n go. A backyard patio is covered with a canopy for outdoor seating.

Great place by the beach

Janice and Terrence were super nice and accommodating. The beach is just a short walk away and it is close to a grocery store. The apartment isn’t fancy, but it’s got everything you need for a visit. The hot water for the shower is a little tricky, but it does work.

Terrance was a great host. He was very friendly and willing to share his knowledge on diving, spear fishing and any other questions we had about Puertorico. We especially enjoyed the courtyard area. I would reccomend this place to anyone ✌️

Terrance J’s property - Ocean Park

The property is located in a gated community ... the hosts, Terrance and Janice were wonderful and accommodating. The place was clean and perfect for out needs. Within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to any amenities. We would recommend this to anyone and if/when we get the chance to retuen to PR, we will being giving them a call.

Our stay in Ocean Park

We've never stayed in an apartment that had no natural light. All of the windows were papered over and closed. It was a bit gloomy. We also didn't know that the neighborhood is gated and there was only one entry point so finding our way in was a challenge on arrival. The location was great, only a block from the beach and lots of good food nearby. The hosts were very pleasant and informative once we met them.

Best People Ever

From the second we got there, Janice and TJ were beyond amazing!! They picked us up from the airport and affered so many excursions for us at a small discount for boarding with them. They are what made this vacation what it was. From the rainforest, to the biobay, to them letting us use the kayaks and taking us to a beautiful spot they went above and beyond . The neighborhood was beautiful and the house was perfect. We are already making plans to go back! I 10000% recommend using these amazing people to help book your vacay!!! Thank u again Janice and Terrance and cant wait to do it again!
