Condo is nicely updated. Beach access is located a few blocks in either direction as well as restaurants and a few markets to food shop. Host is very responsive.

Wonderful place

The condo is inmmaculate which makes you feel comfortable and relaxing. The location is excellent if you want to enjoy the beautiful beach of isla verde, visit old San Juan and its surrounding. Several restaurants around the area. I highly recommend this place. We will stay here again. Gracias por compartir éste lugar.

LOVE IT!

Alice and Dave are beyond 5 star hosts. The property was exactly as posted and just the right fit for my trip. They respond quickly and give accurate information. I will definitely book with them again my next trip to PR.

Bright studio

Very clean and bright studio beautifully decorated! The bed is very comfortable and it was just like the pictures. The only thing was the hot and cold water in the shower it’s either too hot or too cold. It is still a great place and we will definitely stay again.

Cute place

This is a cute studio apartment. The location is good and close to the airport and beach. No noise from the airport. Beach is a 5-10 minute walk. You can rent beach chairs and umbrella for $20 for the day for two people. Thai place does not have any beach items except two small towels. Very safe area. Would stay here again.

Great host very personal

I enjoyed my stay great area, the host is amazing, however I would suggest to have more toilet paper on hand not just one roll for 2 adults for 3 days especially women. Other than that it was great thank you
