"Great staff , clean, quiet location when you don’t want to be “in the mix” but close enough to be “in the mix”. Oh yea! They give you a $17 a day credit for their Market Place that’s located in the lobby water snacks juice and soda! Bar staff & drinks top notch!. I really like staying here when in San Juan."

"The room was pretty clean. However, there was a cigarette butt on the balcony. Not sure how cleaning staff missed that. The hotel is probably old, so some of the issues are probably just regular wear and tear. But everyone was so nice. My kids and I had a great time."

"Beautiful “old money” rich hotel! Great location with walking distance to many restaurants, bars. We traveled with a toddler and this hotel is not toddler friendly- no playground or any other place where kids can play. Cute couple retreat but not kid friendly. Don’t waste money on OLA breakfast buffet- awful and very expensive. Pool bar has delicious drinks. We got suit on 11th- beautiful views with sun rise and down."
