Modern-Rustic Loft at Beachfront Cond. Marbella

Come stay at our recently remodeled loft-styled apartment located in Cond. Marbella Del Caribe, Isla Verde. Facilities of the condo include direct access to the most beautiful beach in Carolina, a huge beachfront pool, kid's playground, basketball court & outside gym for guests to use. Our apartment was designed following a modern-rustic concept that provides for an unique space, perfect for escaping the routine while offering a homier feeling than a hotel.

The apartment is fully equipped including kitchen appliances, bathroom & beach towels, beach chairs, board games, washing machine, dryer & TVs in the master bedroom and the living room. The living room features a high-ceilings-open-concept that seamlessly connects with the kitchen and work station, but we also maintained both bedrooms as regular rooms for necessary privacy. The apt has 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom.

You will have complete private access to all areas inside the apartment (bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc.) and shared access to common areas such as the pool, basketball court, exterior gym and beach.

You will self check-in with a lock box, but we administrators are around the area in case anything unexpected goes wrong.

The condo is conveniently located in Ave. Isla Verde (a 5 minute drive from the airport) where you will find a surplus of delicious restaurants walking distance. Behind the condo you will have one of the most beautiful beaches in the island, while in the front right across the street you will have a 24/7 Walgreens, 24/7 Mexican restaurant, a 24/7 Pizzeria, and even Asian restaurants. There are a variety of restaurants at walking distance, but the apt is very accessible for Ubers, in case you don't feel like walking. Cond Marbella Del Caribe is also very close to Condado and Old San Juan, where you will find even more places to visit and things to do. We are confident our prime location and our beautiful apartment will provide for a magnificent stay in Puerto Rico.

There's a bus stop right in front of the building, although Uber rides are fairly inexpensive in Puerto Rico, specially when moving to adjacent areas such as Old San Juan, Condado, & Santurce. However, we also provide 1 parking space, in case you're renting a car.

-Once you have rented you will need to provide us an email address so we can send the contract agreement that you must sign. Contract agreement contains the rules of the unit & complex.
1- The only guests that can be in the unit and in the complex are the number that was selected on the platform whose names were provided to the host which were registered in the complex.

Penalty fee: $20 per person per night.

2- After 10pm, noise and music cannot leave the unit; There are neighbors that live in the complex.

Penalty fee: $100.00

3- Respect the parking spaces of the neighbors. Guests will have one assigned parking spot.

Penalty fee: $200.00

4- All equipment (televisions, air conditioning etc.) must be turned off at the time of check out.

5- No smoking inside the unit.

Penalty fee: $200.00

6- Guests must not break, misuse or misplace any property in the unit. Doing one of this will assume the replacement cost.

7- NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED IN THE UNIT.

8- Pets are not allowed.

Penalty fee: $200.00

9- The unit provides two set of keys; losing it consist of a cost of $100 for each.

10- It is forbidden to go undressed while walking through common areas of the complex; example Men cannot be shirtless.

Great place in Isla Verde

My wife, 3 teenagers and I had a great time during our stay. Beach is right out the back door of the complex, walking distance to tons of restaurants, and close driving distance to everything in and around San Juan.

Walkable location

Location is very walkable to nearby restaurants, grocery store, etc. Short drive to airport and San Juan. This is a non beach facing property and old commercial unit which we knew but no windows open. Probably would be fine except we lost power with the island wide power outage. The host did allow us to leave and refund the rest of our stay. Beachfront access is nice. Gated community. Pool is a good amenity but was too cold for real use when we were there. Price was raised for the holidays (new years) and seemed high for what we got but prices now look more appropriate and reasonable.

Although we had to stay that night no choice, it was aweful . Fraud advertising! We need our money back. Roaches, no parking, part of shops, they were next to. Noise, no privacy. Mold smell. I can’t recommend this at all.
