This condo has a parking spot for you and a great pool with BBQ grill and seating area. Several restaurants are walking distance. The new renovated Fairmont El San Juan Hotel is at the left side of this apartment. This hotel has wonderful night activities and extravagant restaurants

Clean and comfortable

The apartment is a bachelor with one queen bed, an armchair and two stools at the kitchen counter. There’s a cooktop, a small fridge and a microwave. Dishes, glasses, cutlery and utensils provided. Stand-in shower. Balcony with two chairs and a small table. No real view, but it’s a nice bonus. Air conditioning. Underground parking on site. Large outdoor pool. Close to everything!Perfect for single occupancy or a couple. Too small for a family. Everything was clean and in green condition. The host, Janet, was very reliable and responsive to any questions. Overall, a wonderful stay.
