Puerto Rico at its best

My family and I had an amazing stayed. The house is big and spacious. The host JV was really attentive and great communicator. He gave us a tour and was very friendly and nice. I would stay here again and highly recommended.

Family Reunion and Celebration of Parents

This trip was very special as we were gathering as a family to celebrate the life of my wife's wonderful parents. The villa (including the location and the property itself) were an absolute positive addition to a time that was both a celebration and bittersweet. The property, the property manager were wonderful. Highly recommend to for families!

Amazing place and view

What an amazing place. The house had the best views of Fajardo. Pool was amazing. JB was awesome in showing us the place to recommendations in the area. He was class act. I would definitely book again.

Fabulous vacation!

We were family of 12 and had an enjoyable stay at the villa. Spectacular view, nice sunsets, great pool and convenience to lots of good restaurants. The host JB is wonderful, couldn't ask for a nicer person, attentive and helpful with any request we had. We are definitely coming back. Thank you JB, for everything!

Great location, stunning views, extremely comfortable house

We were a family group of adult siblings and spouses (10 people). We had ample space across the three levels for our accommodations. The kitchen was very functional with about every convenience appliance you could want. We cooked most of our meals on site in the kitchen or using the grill on the pool deck. We had a lot of activities/excursions on our to-do list, but after a couple of days we chose time at local beaches, interspersed with relaxing at the house. It was that lovely. We definitely would return to this place if it were available on our next trip!

Good Overall

JB was really helpful throughout our stay from checkin to constant communication with restaurant reservation help and things to do in the area. The house overall worked for our 2 families. The beds were comfortable and everything worked fine. The only issue we had was the cleanliness level. All bathrooms needed a thorough cleaning to remove the mold build up on the tile floors and walls. We don’t wear shoes in the house and we all wore flip flops after the bottom of our white sox became dirty during the first night.

Amazing!!!

This house was amazing! The view from the decks are absolutely gorgeous! Nothing I’ve seen before. Short drive to the beach. Pool was very nice too. The entire house was beautiful. Easy parking in the driveway. Management team was very responsive and helpful. The house had lots of supplies like laundry detergent, soap, cleaning supplies, shampoo, etc. I’d absolutely recommend this house to anyone!!

Friends Vacation

Our group of 5 couples truly loved our stay. This home had everything we needed and more. The pictures do not do justice to the impressive views. We could have sat on the balcony all day just enjoying the view. The pool and BBQ space were great for outdoor dinners and the upstairs living area was plenty spacious for our group of 10. The kitchen it well stocked with every appliance you could need. JB made the checkin and checkout process seemless and gave us plenty of recommendations for local restaurants. We will definitely return.

Spring Break Family Getaway

This was a perfect getaway for two families on spring break. The house was huge with more than enough room for everyone to enjoy. We were minutes away from activities and restaurants. The house view was incredible. We didn’t want to leave! Christian was very responsive to all of our needs. Unfortunately the pool was pretty chilly so we didn’t get to use it as much as we’d hoped. We’d love to return again when it’s a little warmer. You definitely need a car to get around the area. We found our way around town pretty easily.

10 out of 10 experience!

Our stay was simply amazing! JB met us at checkin for a tour of this beautiful home, he even gave us an extra playpen for our twin boys. The home speaks for it self, it’s beautiful with breathtaking views. The beds are super comfy and there are plenty of towels. There is no dishwasher but honestly our family spent even more quality time together doing the dishes lol. I have no complaints. I’d love to revisit this property! Thanks JB & team

Beautiful property in a stunningly gorgeous location

This was a big house that allowed our entire family to comfortably stay and enjoy this beautiful location. Our attempt to use the oven meant with a smokey house and a ruined meal, we noted that as the only issue reported to the property manager. The oven was not cleaned in advance of our visit and not remedied before our departure. No resolution was offered either. We had one other issue, which we didn’t report and that was water damage in the downstairs bedroom closet/bathroom area. Overall, we had an amazing stay and loved staying at this beautiful home and would love the chance to visit / stay at the property again.

Great Place!!

This property is gorgeous!! Book direct if you can to avoid paying two management fees like we did. The pool was our absolute favorite!! And the view. Wow!!! There were few very minor things like the vents, which need a deep cleaning and there are no family games available, like a deck of cards or dominoes. JB the property overseer was extremely attentive and absolutely anything we could need or want he was right there to assist. With less than a week of vacation however we prefer low communication and not to call on management for every little thing but if we had no doubt JB would’ve handled it right away and he was always trying to assist as best he could. Our family made amazing memories and I credit staying here for their experience. A note about restaurants. We went to all the recommended restaurants in the neighborhood including the ones in the electronic manual and the ones JB mentioned. Their ambience was great. The food was not. For excellent Puerto Rican food go outside of Fajardo when you can. Bottom line, I would absolutely stay at any of these properties again. Every day it felt more and more like home. Truly wonderful caretakers and a great house.

Nothing short of amazing!

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home, and I must say it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the stunning architecture, tasteful décor and endless views. He was always respectful of our time and had the best recommendations for local cuisine. He really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The interior of the house was thoughtfully designed. The spacious living areas were elegantly furnished, providing a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances, making it a joy to prepare meals. The garden was a tranquil oasis where we could unwind and soak up the island vibes. The private pool was a refreshing retreat, and the well-manicured garden provided a serene backdrop for relaxation. The bedrooms were luxurious and inviting, each boasting its own private bathroom. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Waking up to the sight of the ocean from the bedroom window was truly a dream come true. Beautiful house, but fend for yourself if something goes wrong

The house is beautiful, large and can easily accomodate a large group. JB was great showing us the house and letting us know about area restaurants and places to go. Since the weather wasn't great we spent a lot of time at the house itself. Everything was fine until one of the bathroom toilets wouldn't flush right, then another one didn't. I let JB know and he did come over right away to take a look, but couldn't do much about it. A short time later I noticed that there was a water leak in the ceiling of the outdoor kitchen and notified him immediately, sending pictures. He said he would come out the next morning and take a look. Then the bathroom starting flooding with water. Each hour the water leaked further and further, into the bedroom, down the stairs and into the other bedrooms. No one came to do anything. All we could do was put down towels to try and stop the water. By morning we were flooded and thankfully we were leaving for the airport. My group understood that sometimes things happen at rental properties, but to be basically left to fend for ourselves and not provided any assistance is not acceptable. I VRBO messaged and emailed the property management with the full story and pictures after we got home and got NO REPLY, nothing, very disappointing.

Great house, great location, super host!

We had a wonderful stay in Fajardo at this fantastic house. Super spacious (we were a group of 8 and had room to spare) and well maintained with fantastic views of the water from up top of the hill. JB was the perfect host - always available and very responsive to all our questions, and with great recommendations. We’d most definitely stay here again!!

One of the most incredible experiences. Celebrated my engagement with my family and my fiance's family and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Great Space and Great View

Our family group of ten stayed at this property in July. The house had plenty of space for all of us, without being on top of each other. The views from the balconies are priceless. We were able to access the property easily and when there were a couple of problems Barton was able to come and take care of them. We really enjoyed the pool. There is not a whole lot we could find to do in Fajardo, though we did do the night kayaking. Other things we went to San Juan to do, which is about an hour away, depending on traffic. There were a couple of other minor things that needed to be addressed, but all in all a great space and vacation.

Beautiful home

Great family stay

We had 8 adults and 5 kids. The house was comfortable for everyone, and the kids loved the pool. The check in process was easy and they left out pool & beach toys for the kids, which was much appreciate. We had a small issue with one of the shower drains and they fixed immediately.
