HAPPY BIRTHDAY
The property is nice need some updates for this price point. The sliding glass door needs repair to stay lock. Which was a concern for me since i had a small child. The neighborhood was good so i felt safe but my main concern was for the child with the pool. The house needs a good cleaning. My family and I cleaned the house before we placed any of our things insides. We did notice a couple of critters in the house lizards and roaches which we sprayed and did not see them for the remainder of our trip. The pool was very dirty once we arrived but i spoke to the PM and had someonce come out ASAP. The PM was good on communication and assited us very quickly. We enjoyed the pool area but the birds poopes on the deck and chairs so we had to clean them so we can enjoy. It appears the home we not clean properly for our arrival for us to come in an enjoy. Small things but it makes a big difference when we have to spend our money.

Perfect house for group stays
Our group had 9 women and we definitely enjoyed our stay in Puerto Rico. The house has all our basic amenities and the community was very safe. The house is within a gated community. Guest have to check in or out at the gate with 24 hour security service. The house was very clean and accommodated our group well. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy was the pool because it was getting cleaned while we were there.

The property could use a refresher/update. The pictures of the property are most likely older. It was not as clean as we might have expected or what has been my experience at other properties. The was a dead lizard stuck to the master bathroom window and we noted a couple of roaches and ants. The pool lights did not work. The property location was good, within 20 mins of pretty much everything. Communication with Jose was top tier. He was attentive to our concerns and questions. No hand soap in the bathrooms. If you plan to cook, keep it to a minimum. There are not many pans to work with. The beds are extremely comfortable. AC units worked beautifully.

This was a terrible stay. The house was dirty . Hair in between the sheets and dirty sheets on the beds. Bathrooms were dirty. Lights outside the pool for night time didn’t work. Jacuzzi didn’t heat up and took about 20 minutes to fill up and start working. Poor kitchen ware materials. My husband’s expensive jewelry got stolen by the cleaning company. They claimed to clean the place while we went out to enjoy Puerto Rico and came back to the same dirty house. Showers were disgusting with hair in the drains. This was terrible. Jose did not help us when we informed him of the robbery.

Birthday trip
We came to celebrate our daughter’s 15th birthday with our family. The location of the house is perfect. Close to beautiful beaches, totally recommend seven seas beach, it is absolutely stunning! Not many tourist, mostly locals.
