This place was great! It is in an excellent location near golf, the beach, and The Wyndham. Only a couple small issues arose during our stay, and those were resolved very quickly. Highly recommended!!!

awesome stay

Property was as described and we were grateful for the ac for the warm afternoon siestas. We enjoyed exploring the grounds, the beach and the pools!! Nice to be able to walk to dinner and to a night at the casino. The tree frogs were an unexpected choir.. honestly thought there were car alarms going off :). Beautiful setting and definitely would stay again!! Appreciate all the answered text messages until we got settled!

Perfecto - wonderful location, spacious condo, and superb host!

Louis is an excellent host! He was extremely responsive and made check-in very easy. We arrived to a clean and spacious condo with a perfect view! Louis had bottled waters in the fridge, snacks and even t shirts for the kids. The location can’t be beat! It’s close to the rainforest, local restaurants and cafes, and right on the beach! It’s an ideal place to experience the authenticity of Puerto Rico while staying in a nice place with many amenities!

This is a beautiful place. We have rented all over US and Europe and this was easy check in. I was concerned I didn't have the address a day before and Luis immediately got in touch, was always available He left nice snacks for our sons and water in the fridge, very nice and needed as we didn't get to the grocery. The beauty of this place is the retreat from the large resort next door. That means a very empty beach right in front and swimming pools hotel guests next door do not attend. Location is exceptional. We went to the rain forest about 30 min, but don't drive take tour the road is curvy and crowded. Easy into the Old city and Luqillo beach gives a bunch of local restaurants and an is the locals beach with less surf for small children. Having the hotel restaurants next door is great to stay walking distance from the condo.Its a GREAT place and the host was always available.Michael, Boston MA

Paradise

The villa was nothing less than perfect. The hosts were so thoughtful in every aspect and there’s nothing you could need that they didn’t provide. Welcome drinks, snacks, beverages - even tshirts and trinkets. The villa is stocked with beach amenities and towels. The location is fantastic. We used the golf cart to go to the main property for breakfast & dinner several times. The 5 O’Clock Somewhere poolside restaurant & pool bar are both a very short walk from the villa. The beach was quiet, clean, and safe. Everything was absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend this property. Thank you so much for an amazing time.

The photos of the unit looked pristine, but there were many things that were falling apart or dirty or missing. The management company was helpful in responding but We wouldnt have chosen this condo for this trip had we known

Although everything about our stay was amazing, the thing I want to talk about first is the communication with Luis, property management. I never expect a host to be immediate with a response/waiting for a text, but Luis always replied within about 30 min. Every problem we ran into, every question we had, he was ready to help! The water heater broke, he had a new one installed within hours. Just by ways of bad luck, the washer broke while we were there and he had a brand new one (fancy!) installed the next day. He arranged for a grill to be placed by the pool one night so we could grill and swim and play volleyball! He had snacks and sangria waiting for us when we arrived! 10/10!!The place itself had truly comfortable beds (rare in a lot of rentals) with loads of pillows! It had very nice pots and pans, and every appliance we could have needed (instant pot, blender, etc) The two balconies were perfect to lounge. The couches were comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out with 6 of us. It is true that the bathroom showers could use a little updating, but the water pressure was great.The resort and all of its amenities are a 7 min walk, except of the restaurant Iguanas, which was a drive/golf cart ride to the golf club (highly recommend!). We only used the resort pools twice (fun!), as the two on property are more than enough. The beach is soooooo close and AMAZING!We cannot wait to return to beautiful PR, and when we do, we will be staying here again!!
