The location was great, the space was outstanding, and the views were incredible! Great communication with the hosts and JB was fantastic prior to and at check-in/check-out. We traveled with 14 people for a week and had great space for gathering and relaxing.

Our best vacation so far!! The house is beautiful with a great view of the ocean. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was well stock with cooking utensils and dinnerwares. JB our host did a wonderful job of showing us around. Hospitality par excellence. Thank you so much!!One note to remember. Follow the Google directions that they sent to get to the place and not to use Waze.

Amazing deck and view

Family vacation with 14 of us and spent every morning with coffee sunrises and every evening with wine sunsets! Local host JB was great in communicating and answered all our questions. 7 Seas beach very close and beautiful! Close to El Yunque as well. Best vacation ever, great for large groups as everyone has their own space. Lastly first floor is handicapped accessible as our son uses a wheelchair. Just two small steps to large front door!!

Another Fabulous Holiday

This is the second time we have stayed at this property in Fajardo and it is a real treat. The house has a spacious, comfortable modern design that easily accommodated 11 of us on holiday vacation with scattered areas for those seeking privacy. The views from the deck and bedrooms are breathtaking, overlooking the bioluminescent bay, town and beaches. JB and the other property managers are incredibly responsive and a delight to work with. We hope to be back soon!

Doesn’t get any better than this!

The photos don’t do the house any justice! The most amazing seven days vacation we’ve had in a while. The house was clean, fully equipped with everything we could possibly need to cook at home or barbecue outside. The pool looks very small in the photo, it is small, but it was enough for our group of 14 and there were up to five or six kids at a time and they loved it. Manager JB was a pleasure to work with and was always available when needed with suggestions on things to do in the area. House with a view

We had an amazing stay at this home. The house was clean, spacious and the view was beautiful. Communication was easy and everyone was extremely helpful and responsive. The house manager, JB, was very helpful and available when he was needed. We will definitely be visiting these properties again!

Fantastic Property

We were 3 families and had more than enough space and privacy in this beautiful home. You can’t get enough of the view! It is close and convenient to just about everything in Fajardo and surrounding area. JB was very easy to deal with and checkin/out was straightforward. Home was very clean upon checkin. Would highly recommend!

Great place for a friends reunion

Would highly recommend renting out this house. Beautiful views, massive amount of space and everything you need to have a great vacation. Make sure to visit the nearby restaurants and islands while visiting. JB the property manager was very helpful and friendly.

Another Great Holiday in Fajardo!

This is our second excellent family reunion/holiday staying at the Fajardo properties managed by iTrip Florida. The house was spectacular and the management support first rate. From the vistas, expansive balcony and pool, clean and modern interior, the house is stunning. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us, including spaces for small social gatherings or private escapes on all 3 levels. We stayed at the property next door which also impressed but is a little smaller. These properties sit atop a big hill and require you to have a car for access. They are close to beautiful beaches and we highly recommend Pirate Snorkeling Shack for equipment rental and snorkeling excursions. Also do not miss kayaking in the local bioluminescent bay - amazing! Kudos to the management team - JB, Sue and others - for quickly answering questions and making sure our holiday reunion was spectacular. Highly recommend.

One Word: AMAZING!

This villa was absolutely amazing!! All my friends were raving about how beautiful the place was. The pictures posted are great, but it is so much more beautiful in person. The views are breathtaking. We were a group of 13 and we were more than comfortable. Each floor had its own relaxing area which was perfect for our big group. The kitchen was fully equipped with basically everything you would need to cook. It even had a waffle maker which was perfect for breakfast. The place is beautifully decorated and you can tell there is great attention to detail. The pool has floaties as well which we’re great for lounging in the pool. There was even a treadmill for anyone interested in working out. JB did an amazing job of contacting me before we arrived and had great communication throughout the stay. This was the perfect place for me to celebrate my 30th birthday and I would definitely come back.

One of our BEST vacations EVER!

The house was fantastic! We loved the area so much from the people, excursions, restaurants, etc. It was beautiful, the people are amazing and the manager of the house was great. He is very responsive, timely and made sure our stay was cozy and everything we expected. We will definitely be back!

Annual group vacation

We have a large group 10 adults and 5 kids. The house is beautiful and enough space for everyone. Nothing was missed. Though We did a lot of cooking in the house. So we did miss not having a dishwasher but we knew that upfront. There are three floors the main floor is on top and the other floors had a wet bar with mini fridges, which comes in handy for a large group. The host JB was attentive and we enjoyed chatting with him. He’s a good guide for the area. The house is in a nice location and It’s very peaceful area. The view is spectacular nothing beats that. We are Missing the home already and definitely recommend and will come back. Five starts for JB!! Thanks for taking good care of our group.

Great base for a large family vacation

This is great property with great features and location. It seems management has some details to iron out. The pool was not clean upon our arrival and turned green by mid-stay. The sister property next door had a similar issue with pool cleanliness and they agreed. This was THE issue we struggled with as well as A/C in one of the rooms failed twice. It was fixed by the 3rd day but failed again within an hour. There were plenty of kitchen items including an ice machine, but there is no dishwasher and the we could not scare-up any paper products or garbage bags. Again, minor details, but important ones for a "high-end" property. There are several light switches. None are labeled and a few don't work. That made it interesing to go to sleep sometimes. On the plus side, there is laundry on 2 levels that made it quite easy and gorgeous views from every room. The master suite on the top level is beatiful but not quiet or private as it is off the kitchen and sports sheer curtains behind the pool (FYI). There is another master suite on the bottom floor that is more private and away from the rest of the house. All rooms have great views but sheer curtains means you are up with the sun every day. Some blackout curtains would be a good detail addition to each room. I don't want to make this seem like a complaint column, but again, small details mean more for a premium priced property. It sounds like property management recently turned over and needs to get up to speed a bit more

Amazing experience

Amazing vacation home

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and it was amazing. From the views to the actual home. It has everything you need in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the home was very clean. This is our second time renting from them and first time in this home and so far this is my favorite for family so we will be back with the kids in the summer. Definitely worth it.

Amazing views

Place had some of the best views I can imagine anyone can find in PR. Plenty of space for larger groups. Very much organized to those large groups, or families, etc. Host was prompt. Met us at property to check us in. Very relaxed. Property is in a great location and clean. Easily would return.
