The hotel accommodation was beyond our expectation. The Front Desk Clerk, Franny was extremely courteous and professional. Our interaction with her allowed us to have a memorable experience on our first visit to Puerto Rico. She is truly an asset to The Looking Glass Hotel and its customers. Perfect. It was very nice inside the building. It was easy to find. The only inconvenience was finding parking. The staff sent me a text message with check-in information. However, they never answered the following questions regarding parking. Nonetheless, I did truly like the hotel. It smelled super clean. Everything was nicely organized. I would stay again. p.s. Loved the two European-style company cars up front.
